Feel Energized
The Forever Fit center is open to the community as well as our residents, which not only promotes health and well-being outside of our facility but allows our residents to interact with additional peers with similar interests. Senior fitness classes are available with a personal trainer, to help participants build muscle strength, become less susceptible to falls, and feel more invigorated.
Gain Confidence
Forever Fit takes the worry out of strength training and senior fitness. Trainers work one-on-one with participants to develop a safe, thirty-minute strength training routine that is comfortable for them. Participants can also work with a nutritionist or a massage therapist to optimize results.

It’s time to take senior fitness seriously. Strength training just twice a week has been proven to improve life expectancy and dramatically reduce the odds of suffering from cardiac disease, depression, Type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and many other conditions.
