CareOne has successfully rolled out Advanced Pharmacy Solutions (APS) units at multiple facilities, and we plan to equip all of our locations with this incredible technology from Partners Pharmacy. By automating the most time-consuming parts of medication distribution, APS makes possible major improvements in patient care, staff workload, and more. Read more about APS.

Our LTACH units are advanced hospitals-within-hospitals, helping patients with complex and intractable medical conditions recover using CareOne’s expertise, the resources of the surrounding hospital at our fingertips, and a whole slate of medical innovations in specialties from ventilator weaning and respiratory care to wound care and beyond.

CareOne leads the way in compassionate care for people with cardiac conditions, putting the most innovative technology to use to protect their heart health around the clock. Starting with our Madison Avenue location, we are rolling out the Mindray BeneVision TM80 Telemetry Transmitter, an easy-to-use cell-phone-sized device that instantly lets the care team know each patient’s heart status, including whether they have warning signs of atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, or other serious concerns.
