Patients who have recently been hospitalized in an ICU need transitionary long-term care to help them regain their strength and return to better health. Situated on the first floor of Saint Peter’s University Hospital, this recently renovated unit is equipped with the latest technology and vent systems.

CareOne’s LTACHs have a maximum capacity of 25 beds ensuring that each patient receives the personalized care and attention they need to recover and return home.  Patients are guaranteed privacy in comfortable private accommodations, which also offer sufficient room for visitors and staff. Through our partnership with the hospital, patients have access to an onsite laboratory, X-ray, MRI, and Catscan, minimizing disruption.

At Saint Peter’s University Hospital, our team of board-certified physicians, experienced nurses, respiratory and physical therapists, registered dietitians and social services professionals work closely with families to ensure every patient gets to the next level on their road to recovery.
