Harmony Village at CareOne Livingston-Exterior

Harmony Village at CareOne Livingston is an NJ assisted living community thoughtfully designed for those living with memory care needs.

Harmony Village at CareOne Livingston is a memory care assisted living community in NJ for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Lewy body dementia and other memory loss conditions. Our community helps residents maintain cognitive function and well-being while facilitating the safest level of independence possible. We strive to deliver the highest quality of life for residents through compassionate care.

Our certified-dementia staff, nurses and care teams meet with residents and their families to understand their interests, goals and cognitive abilities. From there, they develop individualized care plans and residents live in distinct “neighborhoods” based on the progression of their condition (mild, moderate, or advanced). This approach allows for optimal person-centered care.

Socialization is another core pillar of care at Harmony Village at CareOne Livingston. Our community offers numerous amenities and activities and events programming to help foster positive connection and engagement.

Above all, we prioritize creating a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment for our residents. As part of this commitment, we are proud to offer a Tranquility Garden, a private dementia and hospice unit for advanced stage dementia residents and their loved ones.

Care you can count on

“At Harmony Village, my mom has a renewed sense of independence and our family has the peace of mind that she is not only getting the love and care that she needs, but also continuing to live a life that she loves.”

Lori G.

“They were loving, compassionate, and understood the needs of an individual with dementia. When Mom began to slow down with eating and drinking, they consistently offered different options and never gave up. Thank you to the staff at Harmony Village - you have a special team & I will always be grateful!”

Cindy M.

“I know all the staff do everything they can to make [mom] comfortable. She's treated like part of the family. I would love to thank her therapists and nursing staff for all the love and care.”
