The gregarious former Giants defensive end turned morning TV staple — who is ticketed for enshrinement in the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Aug. 2 — will serve as the emcee for the #SaveDan fundraiser at Fenway Park on July 27.

The event, which also will feature performances from Ne-Yo and Natasha Bedingfield in the shadow of the historic Green Monster, launches a fundraising campaign backed by HealthBridge and CareOne Management to support Dan Grimes and his family as Dan battles lung cancer.
