Gelina Lipari has always epitomized the CareOne values. From the moment she started working at Harmony Village in Paramus, her residents and families have completely trusted in her care. In November of 2018, she joined the CareOne Family as the Director of Recreation for Harmony Village at Paramus.

She was thrilled knowing that Harmony Village focused on bringing out the best in each resident by honoring their life story and continuing to keep each residents’ story alive by employing a positive care approach. Each day Gelina was tasked to empower her residents to function to their best of their ability.

After successfully leading her department, Gelina was promoted and became the Director of Sales and Marketing. She was so excited to start this new journey as an ambassador of Harmony Village in which she would be able to share what Harmony Village is all about. In her new role, Gelina is able to listen to each story through the perspective of loved ones and assure them that “yes, we can help you.”

Each member of our CareOne family is dedicated and stands by what they do, which makes coming to work each day easy and encourages Gelina to grow each day. She feels empowered to be surrounded by such a determined and hard-working community that continues to uplift one another and support each other’s growth.
