Long Term Acute Care Hospital

CareOne’s Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) Program, located at Raritan Bay Medical Center is designed to serve Patients with complex medical needs who require an extended treatment program within an acute care setting.

LTACH offers state-of-the art technology and highly skilled professionals trained to care specifically for Patients who require technologically advanced therapies, such as Pulmonary and Tracheotomy Care, Ventilator Management, Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation, Cardiac Care and Wound Management.  LTACH supports Patients requiring a longer length of stay (usually 25 days or greater) in an acute care hospital.
