Assisted Living

CareOne Assisted Living is designed to meet the individual needs of each Resident.  Our Assisted Living Communities are part of a care continuum, also offering on-site healthcare services such as:

• On-site Nurse 24 hours a day
• Assistance with personal care
• Medication management
• On-site Physician care
• On-site Wellness Clinic
• On-site Nutritionists
• Social Services support
• Transportation to / from personal appointments

The CareOne difference is best described as a “continuum of care” for Assisted Living.  All CareOne Assisted Living Communities offer multiple “levels” of care.  Prior to admission, each Resident is assessed by a Registered Nurse to evaluate that Resident's specific personal care and service needs.  A Care and Service Plan is then developed and reviewed with each Resident and family member prior to admission.

Residents are only charged for the care and services they choose to receive.  Each CareOne Assisted Living Community offers on-site, 24-hour-a-day Nursing and Certified Nursing Assistant care, as well as Long Term and Short Term Care services.

Most CareOne Assisted Living Communities offer a variety of apartment styles, from studios to one-bedroom and one-bedroom deluxe suites.  Apartments feature a private bathroom and shower (with assist devices built in), a kitchenette with a built-in refrigerator and microwave oven, and an Emergency Response System.

CareOne Assisted Living Communities feature areas designed to foster Resident, Staff and family interaction.  At CareOne, we believe that our Communities are our Residents' homes.
