Long Term Living
Residents who at one time received Short Term Care from a CareOne Center or Community, often return to us for their Long Term Care needs. Our attention to detail and our commitment to quality is what sets us apart from the rest.
From gracious living environments, unmatched in the industry, to an exciting array of programs, services and amenities, CareOne Long Term Living Programs incorporate the clinical support of skilled nursing professionals, an aesthetically pleasing environment, and a menu of programs and services all designed to provide an atmosphere conducive to health and well-being.
Our commitment to excellence extends far beyond the interior design. CareOne staffing adheres to carefully designed standards which exceed staffing levels and quality found elsewhere. Our professional care team includes experienced Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Directors and Managers who have been trained in the CareOne philosophy – treat each Resident as if he or she were your own family member.
Our Long Term Living Teams include:
- 24-hour-a-day Registered Nurses
- Activity and Recreation Staff
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Licensed Nutritionists
- Social Services
- Spiritual Support Services
- On-site Physician Services including Internal Medicine, Podiatry, Ophthalmology and Dental Care
Other services include three meals a day in our graciously appointed Resident Dining Rooms. We accommodate Residents with special diets through our in-house Food and Nutritional Services Staff, ensuring that each Resident's dietary considerations are met.
