CareOne at Pine Rest to Present Mind, Body and Spirit Seminar on July 19

PARAMUS, N.J., June 22, 2011—CareOne at Pine Rest will be offering a Mind, Body, and Spirit seminar presented by Kathleen McNulty, PhD, on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. This event is free and open to the public and will be held at CareOne at Pine Rest, W. 90 Ridgewood Ave. in Paramus, N.J.

At this seminar, Dr. McNulty will teach participants how to listen to the subtle and not-so-subtle clues their minds and bodies send them. These signals are messages to guide you to healthier living. Participants will learn how to use their mind-body-spirit connections to heal relationships, maximize opportunities and enhance their health.
Dr. McNulty will also lead participants in a guided meditation.
