CareOne at Pine Rest to Host Healthy Eating Talk on July 7
Interactive seminar open to the public
PARAMUS, N.J., June 24, 2011—CareOne at Pine Rest will be hosting a nutrition seminar presented by Susan L. Holmberg, MS, CSN, on Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 4 to 5 p.m. This event is free and open to the public and will be held at CareOne at Pine Rest, W. 90 Ridgewood Ave. in Paramus, N.J.
Holmberg, a behavior modification clinician, will be speaking to CareOne at Pine Rest residents and the community about healthy eating for energy, disease prevention and anti-aging. Participants will learn about simple eating strategies that make a difference in their health and well-being.
Holmberg holds a master’s degree in nutrition. As a member of the National Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists and a certified nutrition specialist (CNS), Holmberg specializes in helping people set and achieve realistic health and nutrition goals.
