PARAMUS, N.J., July 27, 2011— CareOne at Pine Rest will be offering a diabetes self-management seminar, entitled “Eat Smart to Balance Your Diabetes,” on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, from 4 to 5 p.m.

This talk, presented by Leslie Schifrien, MS, RD, CDE, of Valley Home Care, is free and is open to the public and will be held at CareOne at Pine Rest, W. 90 Ridgewood Ave. in Paramus, N.J. Participants will how to manage their new diabetes diagnosis or better manage their current diabetes status.
