CareOne at Morris offers quality long term care and short term rehabilitation services. Conveniently located in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care, in a gracious, professionally managed environment.

For long term care residents who have medical needs, we provide 24 hour a day nursing care, nutritional monitoring and planning, medication management, personal care, and other services such as on- site podiatry, dentistry and opthamology. All long term care residents are also cared for by a primary care physician.

Along with healthcare services, we also provide meaningful activities and programs, social services and care planning, weekly outings, religious and spiritual services and volunteer programs.

Our interiors are more hotel-like than healthcare facility, which we believe contributes to the overall well being and satisfaction of our patients and families. We offer spacious family visiting areas and beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyards for patient activies and special events.

For patients staying with us for short term medical and physical rehabilitation, we specialize in treating patients in need of care following orthopedic surgery, stroke, oncology care, cardiac care and general surgery. We offer daily physical and occupational therapy and all care plans are physician directed.
