For long term care residents who have medical needs, we provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week nursing care, nutritional monitoring and planning, radiation management, personal care, and other services such as on-site podiatry, dentistry, optometry, and audiology. All long term residents are also cared for by a primary care physician. Along with healthcare services, we also provide meaningful activities and programs, care planning, weekly outings, religious and spiritual services. For individuals staying with us for short term medical and physical rehabilitation, we treat residents in need of care following orthopedic surgery, stroke care, cardiac care, general surgery and wound care. We also offer the Stay a Little Longer Grow a Little Stronger program for residents who have plateaued in their rehabilitation program and yet are apprehensive about returning to their home environment. This program will foster increased their level of independence and maximize functional mobility and security prior to returning home.
