LIVINGSTON, NJ – CareOne at Livingston hosted its fifth-annual Super Bowl Tailgate party on Wednesday evening and announced its 200 Wish Project.

According to Darren Seise, director of sales and marketing, CareOne’s goal is to raise $2 million to grant 200 wishes by Feb. 26.

“It seems like every year when we have this party we have a new cause to announce,” he said. “This year’s cause is to benefit Make a Wish foundation. It’s all about bringing kids (to Make a Wish Foundation headquarters) and letting them think about their dreams and then they plan and execute these dreams.”

Seise also added that each dream costs $10,000 on average to fulfill.

CareOne facilities will be having their own fundraising opportunities; however, their big fundraising event, 200 Wishes, will be held on Feb. 26 at the Prudential Center in Newark.  CareOne is offering corporate sponsorships and is planning for the event to be a “kids fun day,” according to Seise.

The event will include rides, face painting and ice-skating on the Devils’ ice rink with Devils players. Food and giveaways are also included.
