Woodcrest Health Care Center Receives New Jersey Hospital Association’s 2015 Excellence In Quality Improvement Award
Woodcrest Health Care Center received the New Jersey Hospital Association’s 2015 Excellence In Quality Improvement Award for its World Class Customer Service initiative at the NJHA Annual Meeting held on January 30th.
Launched in May of 2014, the World Class Customer Service initiative educates Woodcrest Health Care Center staff on how to elevate traditional customer service into a world class approach, cultivating a patient-centric environment that provides patients and their families with experiences that are memorable and exceed expectations. The program focuses on core values and teaches staff members how to apply these values to give patients and their family members a “wow” experience.
As a result of this program, all patients are treated with dignity and respect. Each patient receives personal attention from caregivers who genuinely care about them and take a personal interest in the people and things that matter to them most. Staff members provide the perfect combination of professionalism and personal attention.
