Top Three Benefits Of Meditation

CareOne at Madison Avenue residents are always looking for new ways to keep their focus on staying happy and healthy during the aging process.  This week, Reverend Frankie Timmers, Minister at the Center for Spiritual Living in Morristown, NJ, facilitated a meditation group for the residents and discussed meditation techniques, including breathing, positive imagery, and emptying the mind for the purpose of filling it with positive thoughts.

Reverend Timmers also explored the top three benefits of meditation:
