CareOne At Hanover Township Hosted Successful Seniors Blue Book Networking Event

More than 60 senior care industry professionals attended last week’s Seniors Blue Book networking meeting for Morris and Somerset counties hosted by CareOne at Hanover Township. Seniors Blue Book, a comprehensive resource guide for seniors, offers meetings to provide senior care professionals with the opportunity to network and develop partnerships. “It’s so amazing how we work together to care for seniors,” said Shirley Cabildo, CareOne at Hanover Township Administrator.

Each event begins with refreshments and networking followed by an educational speaker or a “speed networking” exercise where each attendee is given a few minutes to introduce themselves and talk about the services provided by their company or organization.  This particular event included speed networking moderated by Seniors Blue Book NJ Publisher Brian Eckert. Professionals from across the continuum of senior care, including home care agencies; senior transportation services; and non-profits, discussed their programs.

“These meetings provide a unique opportunity for professionals in our industry to come together and support the senior community,” said Lauren Fortier, CareOne at Hanover Township Director of Marketing and Admissions. Attendees were also able to tour the CareOne at Hanover Township center following the meeting.
