Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Services

CareOne offers intensive inpatient medical and physical rehabilitation care for patients in need of recovery following a hospital stay. Through our full complement of highly trained medical care staff, CareOne offers patients the opportunity to regain their highest level of functioning prior to returning to the home environment.

Unlike most rehabilitation centers (also known as “sub-acute rehabilitation”), CareOne offers separate, distinct units for patients in need of post-hospital rehabilitation care. Physical and Occupational therapy is offered six days a week and patients receive as much therapy as they can tolerate to maximize their recovery potential.

CareOne offers beautiful environments for our patients and families. While care and service are paramount, we believe that patients should also be cared for in gracious, home-like settings. This philosophy is the cornerstone of our company and what makes CareOne unique in our field. Our rehabilitation programs are covered under Medicare, and CareOne accepts most private insurance. If you have additional questions regarding insurance coverage, please contact the CareOne Center nearest you and ask to speak with the admissions office.
