Long Term Care

If you or your loved one are in need of long term care (or nursing home care), CareOne provides separate, distinct care units managed by Registered Nurses twenty four hours a day.

Making the nursing home decision can often be a difficult one. CareOne understands this and has designed our Centers and services to make the decision an easier one. Our beautiful, home-like interiors emphasize a home-like quality unlike most “institutional” appearing nursing homes. From the moment you walk in, you and your loved one will feel more like you have entered a five star hotel, not a nursing home.

Our commitment to excellence extends far beyond the interior design. CareOne hires, trains and manages a care staff with carefully designed standards which exceed those in the nursing home field. Our care team includes experienced nurses, nurses aides, Nursing Directors and managers who have been trained in the CareOne philosophy – treat each resident as if they were your own family member.

Our long term care teams include:

• 24 hour a day registered nurses
• Activity and Recreation staff
• Certified Nursing Assistants
• Licensed Nutritionists
• On-Site physician services, including; internal medicine, podiatry, ophthalmology and dental care
• Social services
• Spiritual support services

Other services include three meals per day in our graciously appointed resident dining rooms. For residents on special diets, we accommodate through our in-house food service and nutrition staff that all Residents dietary considerations are adhered to.
